1. Scope of Service
BookMasseur.com provides an international business and advertising portal for professional massage services. We act solely as an intermediary platform between service providers ("Advertisers") and potential clients.
2. Strict Prohibition of Sexual Content
BookMasseur.com is a professional business directory.
Prohibited Services: The publication, offering, or solicitation of sexual services, erotic massages, or any form of adult entertainment is strictly prohibited.
Media Standards: The upload of sexual, erotic, or suggestive photos and videos is forbidden. All visual content must maintain a professional aesthetic suitable for a healthcare or wellness business environment.
Violations: Any breach of this clause will result in the immediate deletion of the advertisement and account without prior notice and without a refund.
3. Truthful Information and Accuracy
Advertisers are legally obligated to provide truthful and accurate information regarding their qualifications, services, and business identity.
The content of advertisements and business profiles must reflect reality.
If BookMasseur.com determines that an account contains false, misleading, or fraudulent information, the platform reserves the right to delete the advertisement, the profile, and the account immediately.
In such cases, no refunds of previously paid fees or credits will be issued.
4. Verification, KYC, and Professional Credentials
To ensure the safety of our users and the integrity of the platform, BookMasseur.com reserves the right to request a mandatory verification process at any time.
KYC Requirements: Upon request, Advertisers must provide valid government-issued identification (e.g., passport, ID card) and proof of address.
Proof of Qualifications: Advertisers must be able to provide evidence for all claims made in their advertisements. This includes, but is not limited to, educational diplomas, professional certificates, and official license numbers.
Verification Methods: This may include automated identity checks, "live" photo verification, or manual review of documents.
Consequences of Refusal: Failure to provide requested proof of qualifications or identity, or providing forged/invalid documents, will result in the immediate suspension or permanent deletion of the account without refund.
5. Assignment of Rights and Marketing Usage
By uploading content (images, videos, and texts) to BookMasseur.com, the Advertiser agrees to the following:
Transfer of Rights: The Advertiser assigns all usage rights for the published material to BookMasseur.com.
Promotional Consent: The Advertiser expressly grants BookMasseur.com the right to use their published images, videos, and texts for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), newsletters, and external advertising campaigns.
Warranty of Ownership: The Advertiser warrants that they own the copyright or have obtained all necessary licenses for the uploaded material and shall indemnify BookMasseur.com against any third-party claims.
6. Fees and Payments
All fees for advertising packages or premium features are non-refundable, particularly in instances where an account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms (e.g., providing false information, failure of KYC/Credential verification, or posting prohibited content).
7. Limitation of Liability
BookMasseur.com is not responsible for the actual services rendered by Advertisers or for the conduct of users. Our liability is limited to the technical availability of the platform in accordance with Brazilian law.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
