Sexual Content & Services: Publication of erotic photos, videos, or suggestive imagery. Offering or implying sexual services or "erotic massages" is strictly prohibited.
False Credentials: Providing fraudulent diplomas, fake certificates, or misleading business identities.
Verification Failure: Failure to provide mandatory identity (KYC) or professional licenses upon request.
3. Financial Consequences
In the event of account deletion or advertisement removal due to a policy violation:
No Refunds: All fees paid for advertising, premium features, or listings are strictly non-refundable.
Forfeiture of Credits: Any existing balance or unused credits will be forfeited immediately and cannot be recovered or transferred.
4. Finality of Decision
BookMasseur.com holds the final decision-making power regarding the interpretation of content and violations. The assessment of our compliance team is final and not subject to appeal. We reserve the right to permanently ban individuals or business entities from the platform.
5. Legal Cooperation
In cases of illegal activities or serious fraud, BookMasseur.com will cooperate fully with the authorities in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and international law enforcement.
